Harry Drury

Company Director

Harry started his career as an Estate Agent at just 17 years old at a local independent agency based in Spalding. Harry quickly progressed in his career, opening his first agency in Spalding at the age of 20. Having won awards in business and the industry, Harry continued to grow and opened Thomas Campbell Estate Agents in March 2012.

Harry is heavily involved in the day-to-day operations. Although working across all areas of the companies, Harry’s specialist areas are; Residential and Commercial Management, Buy-to-let acquisition and Strategy. Harry also consults for developers and private clients across the property sector. When he is not at work, Harry is a District Councillor and Governor of a local Grammar School, he is also a fitness fanatic and enjoys traveling nationally and internationally.

Alex Greenfield

Junior Sales Manager

Born and raised in Boston, Alex began his career with Thomas Campbell in 2015. Alex now oversees the sales department at Thomas Campbell having gone from strength to strength throughout his time with the company. Alex is one of our most organised, thorough and dedicated employee. Although Alex is highly competent in all areas he particularly excels in Sales Negotiation and is gradually becoming a competent Valuer, he’s always trying to tie up a sale and more often than not tops the company’s sales charts each month. In Alex’s downtime, Alex is a keen footballer, playing for a local team. He also enjoys the time in gym but is often found ‘socialising’ too.

Tom Tamberlin

Junior Lettings Manager

Tom joined our lettings team in December 2015. Predominantly based in the Spalding office, Tom worked hard to expand his knowledge in both residential lettings and property management. Given his previous experience working for an accounting firm, Tom specialised in client accounting. Showing a huge amount of commitment and competency Tom has since been promoted to Junior Lettings Manager with responsibility of the day to day operations in our lettings department.

Tom is currently working towards his ARLA accreditation. A keen music enthusiast, Tom also has an interest in Politics and Current Affairs.

Sophie Thomas

Senior Sales Negotiator

Sophie started working for the company in 2014. Previously having worked in new car sales, Sophie had the knowledge and customer service skills required in a sales position and quickly began to learn how to market and sell property. Highly motivated by results, Sophie enjoys guiding or clients through every step of the sales process from instruction to completion. Sophie specialises in sales administration and sales chasing but also excels in sales negotiation, always finding the right deal for all parties.

Sophie is known for her loyalty and commitment to the company and for her caring nature which is an essential quality when holding sales chains together. Sophie is mother to her daughter Ivy and is a semi-professional singer.

Tristan Gilbert

Senior Lettings Negotiator

Tristan joined our lettings team in March 2017 after returning to Boston from his studies at university in Sheffield. Having previously worked in a variety of different sectors before joining Thomas Campbell, Tristan arrived with a diverse skill set along with sound business acumen. Tristan hit the ground running in his role and it wasn’t long before he was achieving some great results for the department.

Tristan specialises in residential property management and specifically in compliance, maintenance coordination and inspections. Tristan is a highly regarded gold keeper for a local football team and also take interest in Politics and Current Affairs.
